A letter from the Medical Missions Director:
When I was around 8 years old, my sister and I were studying about Africa and we came across a picture of a child around the age of 1 or 2 years old, sitting in an elephants foot print filled with mud, he was crying and looked malnourished. As we examined the child we were overcome by sadness and grief toward the child, promising that we would never get married in order to become missionary doctors and help all the pour children who don't have anything to eat, who are seeking a love that is deep and real. Within time I knew that the Lord had confirmed my calling, eventually with much sweat and tears I studied medicine in my hometown of Mexico.

In 1996 the Lord brought myself along with my 3 kids to America, it was a miracle especially since within 15 days I had put my house for rent, sold my clinic, and received my passport/visa. After several years, I shared with my friends what was in my heart since childhood about Africa. A pastor from Columbia told me about a pastor from Uganda, named Fred Kasule, who needed to stay in Houston for some days before he would leave back to his home in Uganda. Since 2008 we have had a beautiful friendship as well as traveled to Uganda together multiply times, having unforgettable experiences, touching the the lives of many with the help of Floyd Wray, Pastor Bron Brakley, and my son Luis Gomez. Ever since my talk with Pastor Floyd having the same calling for Africa, we decided to establish the work together through our Non profit organization Pentecostal World Mission International. Im so very thankful for Pastor Floyd, having the experience of living in Africa for 3 years, he has build 32 churches and eventually wants to move to Tanzania to further broaden the organization that we have planted.

Our plans are to build a facility that is going to have a guest house, orphanage for boys and girls, an area for feeding, classrooms to further their education both of the world and religiously, we especially want to reach out to the muslim community about the knowledge of Jesus Christ and the word of God. We also plan on having a place to teach the adults to work, such as for the women on making clothes the men to build furniture etc. We want to have a clinic of course, to take of the sick , and teach them about hygiene techniques in preventing malaria with mosquito nets, in wherever that is needed. A water well, a farm to the grow the food and much more is still in the process. Most importantly we need volunteers, people who are willing to make the world a better place, if you can't help physically we are always in need of donations to help accomplish all the practical beautiful elements of it all. Please consider what this organization is wanting to accomplish, with a love toward the people of God who are in desperate need of our help.

Much Blessings,
